How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Once shipped, delivery within the US usually takes 5-7 business days in transit. Delivery times to the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand vary by destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order, with tracking, to the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can also log in to your account to see your order status.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email support@zeronicks.com to start a return and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving your return.

How do I choose my size?

Every product page has a size guide. Check the product description for fit notes, for example if a style runs small. Between sizes? We recommend the larger size for a relaxed fit.
